We don't mind the food expensive or cheap. We 'main belasah saja'.
In the same time I always monitor my weight because all I the things i do have reason.
The way I eat, the food i eat, exercise that I do.
When I feel I need to increase my weight, I had to change my lifestyle. This tips is from my experience, from my 'Diet Diary'. Note: Diet means eating ya. It doesn't means have to eating less. That's why doctors recommend 'guard your diet'. Meaning take care of your diet. Is wrong when someone using 'I'm on a diet'.
To Reduce / Maintain Weight Loss.
1. Eat less but a lot of times. But even if you at restaurant where a large portion of food, hmm I had to finish it. For days like that, I just eat 3 times only.
2. Ever heard of "Breakfast like a king, lunch like prince, dinner like a pauper / Beggars'? Why do most lively breakfast and damper flood of merriment through day of yours? The reason for the large breakfast, we have the WHOLE DAY to digest it and burn fat. When dinner, the last meal we continued to rest and sleep. So my dinner was simple and small often the portion. Big breakfast, medium lunch, dinner a bit. Practice.
3. Since I've grown, I think I tasted all the delicious water fruit punch smoothies shake mocktail juice ect. So I already started to stop drinking sweet fancy water. Now all the delicious foods that will get the best partner, the mineral water. It's mineral water all the way. Just drink yogurt drink in the morning (rarely). Breakfast like a king right?
4.Detox. Try to berry (name for 'buang air besar') once a day. It have to be consistence because its not good to keep toxic in the body. Thanks god my digestive system is good, can auto berry every morning LOLOLOLOL TOO MUCH INFO. But for someone that hard to berry everyday: try drink Milo every morning after breakfast. Eat banana everyday.

5. Detox, still on the topic of detoxification (detox). The reason I like crazy eating dessert because its so much sugar in the body. Sugar can made us fat.! So, other than trying to hit back with mineral water, every night before bed I will drink green tea! Green tea is very tasty while still hot / warm. Try love, must be slowly.
6. Don't be lazy to sweat. Every morning before bath I will dancing. Someone are wondering how to dance? OMG You All'sssss. Just dance. Cool down your sweating after 30minits and go to shower.
7. Eat in a bowl and use a spoon. Okay, this tips is for not to overeat Mama's cooking. Mama cooks is super duper delicious okay, and for me, if eat using hand I always want to add some rice. But be remind before you want to eat with your hand make sure wash your hand first ya !
